As Ithaca residents since 1963, we know what it’s like to call this place home. Our family includes Ithaca High School graduates, Cornell parents, and Cornell alumni. Our business started out of necessity—unable to afford a full mortgage, we borrowed money to buy a building and lived in one of its three one-bedroom apartments. That experience taught us how important it is to have a space that feels safe and comfortable.
We know the hopes and concerns that students, their families, and new residents may have. That’s why we provide personal guidance, answering questions and helping make the rental process simple and stress-free.
